As a community hospital, we offer a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services. We meet the health care needs of our coastal community, whose year-round population of 35,000 swells to 250,000 in the summer months.

POSITION SUMMARY

The RN is responsible and accountable for providing and coordinating patient care. The RN identifies and addresses patient’s needs and priorities through assessment, planning and collaboration with other health care providers. The RN will execute physician orders and supervise the implementation of nursing interventions. The RN functions as a patient advocate representing the patient’s interests when illness prevents an individual from being physically or emotionally able to express their own feelings or thoughts. The RN evaluates response to care through the outcomes of clinical results, patient satisfaction and acceptable cost.

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, ER
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: PALS-AHA; BLS-AHA
